We are kindly reminding you that the Montenegrin Companies Law has been changed and entered into force on July 11, 2020. In accordance with the requirements of this Law, all legal entities registered in the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS) are obliged to amend the company documents – the structure of the company, the statute and other documents of the company in accordance with this Law.
In order to start the process of amending the documents in accordance with the new Law, we need the following:
– Short confirmation / request of the Director in which he confirms that he agrees to adjust the company’s documents to the new Law (via email).
– A copy of the director’s and founder’s valid passport
– Company contact phone number
– Company contact email
The deadline for this change is December 31, 2021. The Companies that do not amend the documents and adapt them to the new Law will be blocked and penalised.
