Legal services
We have been providing legal support to our clients for more than ten years, through dedicated work and ambition. We offer clients the services of registration and establishment a company, registration of a company in state institutions, changes within the company, opening a bank account for legal entities, obtaining a seal, but also legal consulting services and liquidation of the company. Opening a company in Montenegro is possible with the personal presence of the founder, or on the basis of a notarized power of attorney with an Apostille. A special benefit for all non-residents is the fact that, according to the Law of Montenegro, a person who has more than 50% stake in the company and who is also the director of the company has the right to obtain a permanent residence permit (after 5 years of regular extension of temporary residence permit, and in case of compliance with legal regulations). In addition, we can offer our clients the preparation of documents for the nostrification of the diploma.
Residence and temporary residence permits for foreigners
We prepare the necessary documentation for obtaining a work permit for foreigners, both seasonal and annual. In addition, we deal with obtaining a temporary residence permit for foreigners on the basis of real estate ownership, on the basis of family reunification or schooling, but also by providing contracted services (cross-border permits).
Accounting services
We offer our clients all types of accounting services related to the management and functioning of companies: keeping business books, preparation of final accounts and financial statements, preparation of M-4 forms, representation of companies in the Governmental authorities of Montenegro. In addition, we deal with the registration and deregistration of employment, both seasonally and annually. We also offer clients a payment system with banks, preparation of the necessary documentation for opening business accounts in a bank, as well as tax consulting with optimization of tax costs.
